SHIPPING & RETURNS
The Barn at Beirhope
Item/s will be dispatched within 10 days of placing an order. Orders are dispatched during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we have posted out your parcel.
Once you subscribe, we will place a new order with this product every month. You will be automatically charged the same amount for each order. You can easily manage your subscription or cancel it anytime with no additional charges.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your item. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item please email email@example.com.
To return your product, please send to: Beirhope Farm, Hownam, Kelso, Scottish Borders, TD5 8AP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
