Summer is here, yes honestly it is! And no matter what the weather there’s one thing Team Beirhope love more than gin - picnics!
Magi makes the most amazing lemon drizzle cake, with raspberries and fresh cream added for deliciousness.
Gill and her egg sarnies are legendary - posh mayonnaise being the secret ingredient, along with fresh Beirhope eggs of course!
Then there’s Jan’s most delicious gooey chocolate cake!!
Chloe’s on drinks, she makes the best. Non alcoholic of course!
And then there’s Farmer Brian. We are trying to encourage finesse but it’s a work in progress. Warning - if you drink the moonshine he makes you too are in danger of wearing this shirt!
Oh and me - Nigella from the North - sausage rolls! Secret recipe below :)
A feast more than picnic. Because we work across the summer, grabbing a team moment to share food, fun and banter is really important to us. And with an array of picnic tables and seats here at Beirhope, alpacas, horses, and breathtaking scenery I really don’t think there’s anywhere better to enjoy yours.
